Project: Scrap tires recycling - complete and zero waste sytem at ambient temperature
Model: FCC20000/40 waste tires recycling process line
Main Features:
1. Processing capacity: 3 tons tires/hour
2. Output: 2.1 tons 0.5-1.0mm (approx 20-40 meshes) crumb rubber powders with scrap steel librated, fiber separated and collected and dust, smoke and smell are removed
3. Power needed: 33+747.24=780.24kW
4. Fully automatic PLC controller system, 6 workers needed per shift, comfortable working
5. The total weight approx 122tons and the production covering area: 58x12x8m
6. Circular cooling water tank size: 5x1.8x2m

1. Delivery time: 100 working days after the deposit has been received.
2. Payment terms: 30% By T/T as deposit + 70% Balance By T/T before shipment.
3. Package: Poly wrap & Plywood case
4. Warranty: 1 year warranty from installation finish time
5. This equipment works properly with ambient temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 35℃. Lubricants and Hydraulic Oils need additional heating devices to warm up before working starts at low temperatures.
