| Model FCC3000/40, i.e., 500kgs/hr or 3000mt/6000hrs/yearly Radial tires processed: 500kgs/hr, 8pcs/hr of Radial tires Quantity of rubber powders: 350kgs/hr, 20-40 mesh, ~0.5-1.0mm Ratio of rubber powders after 1st grinding: 15% of 20 mesh, 45% of 30 mesh, 40% of 40 mesh |
1. Total weight of the whole production Line is about 39 tons; 2. Three workers are needed for the whole production line of each work shift, comfortable working; 3. The production line's covering area (LxWxH, m): 50x7x8m; 4. The external diameter of Radial Tire processed shoule be less than 1200mm, Special description should be included in contract if the exteral diameter is bigger; 5. The size of water tank for the production line (LxWxH, m): 4x1.8x2m, installed by customer. 6. Average weight of radial tire with diameter of 1200mm is 59kg per piece. 7. The efficient Load-bearing of the ground concrete is 5t with thickness 180mm; 8. Lead time: 80 working days after the deposit has been received. 9.
