Fasten neck of pre-releasing balloon on the nozzle and rotate it on foundation to the left. Connect inlet nozzle of the foundation with rubber pipe of hydrogen cylinder tightly. Weight of hydrogen depends on needs of operator. After the installation of weight (includes total weight of the foundation and nozzle), operator can open controller of the hydrogen cylinder and let hydrogen fill into balloon slowly. Take balloon down from metal nozzle until the balancer reaching to a certain height with expansion of balloon. MAINTENANCE |
