INSTALLATION AND USING OF NOZZLE FOR CHARGING HYDROGEN INTO METEOROLOGICAL BALLOONS

Fasten neck of pre-releasing balloon on the nozzle and rotate it on foundation to the left. Connect inlet nozzle of the foundation with rubber pipe of hydrogen cylinder tightly. Weight of hydrogen depends on needs of operator. After the installation of weight (includes total weight of the foundation and nozzle), operator can open controller of the hydrogen cylinder and let hydrogen fill into balloon slowly. Take balloon down from metal nozzle until the balancer reaching to a certain height with expansion of balloon.

MAINTENANCE
● Clean the nozzle with soft cloth after using; prevent instrument from humidity to avoid rusting;
● Quality of nozzle should be checked each half year to ensure it can meet requirements.
● No existence of any kinds of oil in foundation pipeline and nozzle hole to avoid inflammation of hydrogen.
