NATURAL RUBBER COLOURED OR BLACK MASTERBATCHES

Natural Rubber has never previously been sold as Rubber Masterbatches. The introduction of this new product offers unprecedent processing facilities coupled with clean easy storage of the Masterbatch and an unlimited shelf life. For easy processing and to prevent shock load POLYMIX is packed in 35 lbs. bales, and comes with a certificate tested with the respective specifications.

Consider the following three major features:1) A very much quicker mixing cycle if premastication with peptizer is taken into account. The cycle could be reduced to 25% of the previous one.
2) Greater uniformity of the final product.
3) Cleanliness of factory in that both colored and black compounds can be produced in the same plant.

The grade of rubber is signified by the numbers: 120 for Standard grade material
140 for first grade material
160 for a superior grade
200 for aircraft tires and some special processes demanding the ultimate in rubber quality.Where blends are made, POLYMIX should be added to the mill first.Other Masterbatches than those specified in this bulletin, can be made on request to meet every specific requirement.POLYMIX NATURAL RUBBER BLACK MASTERBATCHES are not only used in Tires, Camelback and Cushion Gum but also competitively processed in unlimited Rubber products such as: Hoses, Belting, Molded Technical Rubber items Soles, Heels, Tiles, Cement, Adhesives etc. Blending with various SBR grades and fillers will substantially cut the cost of formulations.TYPES AND COMPOSITION OF POLYMIX MASTERBATCHES:

Antiozonant 1This Masterbatch is designed for use on truck and passenger car tires getting
abuse from sharp stones and running on unpaved roads. It is also suitable for general purpose application and may be adjusted by addition of filler. When blended with S.B.R. the danger of tread looseness of the latter is reduced and the heat build up reduced. Blends with Polybutadiene give optimum wear condition consistence with low heat build up for highway conditions.POLYMIX STANDARD GRADES 120 AND 140 are also supplied as OIL EXTENDED.This grade is especially suited to use in winter tires in which Oil Extended Natural Rubber shows better road holding on snow and ice than S.B.R. and reduces tearing especially on removal from the mould of the deep lugs. Special factory formulation can be supplied on request.

Pine Tar 10Cyshion gum compounds are nearly always natural rubber due to its excellent tack. This composition is designed to give good tread adhesion with cool undertread running. For this grade special factory formulation is supplied with order.

Dutrex 8This compound is for premium truck application both hot and precured and when blended with S.B.R. and Polybutadiene gives excellent wear.
