3. Silo and Packing Stage: This stage is designed for a 2-3shift operatioin.

4. Environment Regulation

  • Dust discharge from air current < 50 mg/m3
  • Noise of air current < 80 dB(A)
  • Vibration absorbers installed on all the heavy rotating parts.
  • No waste water discharge only cooling water from the ball mill bearings, which can be recycled if a cooler is on site.

B. Process Desicription

1. General Description

  • Our system consists of two same and parallel product lines.
  • Ore would be crushed on site with feed size < 3 (5) mm.
  • The dry grinding and classifying stage for each product line mainly consists of following equipments:
    • 1 Ball Mill IBM2670: motor of 630kw.
    • 1 Classifier ITC-3: to produce powder of D97: 30 -70 micron.
    • 2 Classifier HTS315/6: to produce powder of D97: 5- 20 micron.
  • The process adopts the ball mill plus classifier system for mass production, which is very popular all over the world now. In consideration of customers' diversified requirement, we manage to combine the technical advancement and economical efficiency together.
  • This process is designed to international standards and on the base of our years' experience.

2. Main Characteristics

  • Ball Mill:
    • Designed according to Germany standard of ultrafine minerals grinding.
    • Length-to-diameter factor of ball mill is optimized.
    • Outlet part discharges powder fluently, no dilating, and not necessary to cool the tube.
    • Grinding media chosen according to different requirements of different powders is of high efficiency.
    • Perfect match of drive and energy consumption, and energy saving to the fullest extent possible.
    • Forming a closed system with classifier, with negative pressure transport, and without powder pollution.
  • Classifier:
    • Precise procedure control ensures great top cutting.
    • Cleansing air is adjustable to improve classifying efficiency.
    • Optimized rotor design for lowest energy saving.
    • Direct current generator to achieve speed of 4000rpm.
  • Dosing System:
    • The material feeding is controlled by precise dosing system, and then when material density changed stable feeding still can be assured.
    • Airflow valve has airflow measurement system to control accurately the volume and velocity of classifying airflow.
  • Control System:
    • Both the silo and product storeroom are installed with level indicators to achieve automatic control of the whole product line.
    • PLC control device is used to indicate clearly operational status on illuminated circuit diagram, normal or wrong, and also very easy to operate.

D. Technical Service

  • Know-How transfer, engineering and design of the whole process furthermore
  • We suggest following services for consultancy, supervision erection and commissioning with test run.
  • Our general manager or project manager will go to the site for technical service or consultancy, general arrangement of project and equipments, for two times, after contract signed and preliminary plant layout finished. Duration of every time is 7 days, including travel times. Accommodations (food and rooms) and transportation will be borne by customer.
  • Our project manager or technical experts will go to the site and offer instruction during the erection time, for two times. Duration is totally 4 weeks, including travel time. Accommodations (food and rooms) and transportation will be borne by customer.
  • We will arrange project engineers for site instruction of the commissioning and test run for one time with a duration of totally 2 weeks including travel times. Accommodations (food and rooms) and transportation will be borne by customer.

F. Delivery and Payment Terms

  • Price: FOB, usual packing, the tax not included.
  • Payment Term: Design and technical service fee and 30% of total equipment price as down payment on receipt of order, 65% of total equipment price before delivery, and the balance in 12 months after successful test run by L/C against acceptance documents.
  • Delivery Time: 4-5 months after receipt of order and clarification of all technical and commercial details, as well as receipt of down payment.
  • Validity: Our quotation is valid in 60 days from the date of quotation.

G. Spare Parts Suggestion

  • Exact listing will be given after full clarification of all sub-suppliers and the amount of the delivery
  • From our experience for a 2-year-operation there is an amount of approx. 3 % of the total value enough
