Note:Nylon is commercial name for PolyAmide, PA.
This enterprise was innovated from some former famous cotton spinning mill and it was newly and formally registered as a limited company on Dec.30 th, 2001. It has 63 years experiences in textile industry with 4, 500 employees now. In 2004, it was listed in top 500 large scale enterprises for its capital asserts and its 0.4 Billion RMB production value subject to White Book of China Statistical Department. It has been honored several times as Qualified Enterprise, Creditable Enterprise by local province and customers. It hands in revenue 20 millions RMB yearly. Their fabric products are widely used in rubber industry, tire industry, garment industry, war industry, shoe industry, chemical industry and packing industry, etc. It has cotton spinning branch company and nylon cord fabric branch company.
The nylon cord fabric branch company was set up in 1990 by introducing advanced chemical fibre equipments from Germany , Switzerland , United States to manufacture tire framework, nylon PA6 dipped tyre cord fabric. It has 830 employees among whom there are 60 engineers and technicians. Now after 2 momentous technology innovations, it has 2 sets polymerization devices, 28 stations filaturing machines, 62 sets entwisting machines, 16 sets loom machines, 1 set dipping machine. It could produce nylon PA6 industrial fibre 12, 000MT/Y, cord fabric 9, 000MT/Y with annual production value 0.25 billion RMB. It is a important base for cord fabric industry in China . It was dually certificated to meet with ISO9002 requirements both on quality system and product quality in 1997. It is smoothly certificated to meet with ISO9001-2000 standard in 2002. Now its dipped tyre cord fabric could have 97% top grade and 99.5% first grade as a famous brand in domestic market.
Its nylon PA6 dipped tire cord fabric has excellent quality with rather high strength and wearable performance. It is widely used as tire framework for heavy duty trucks and OTR engineering vehicles. The nylon PA6 dipped tyre cord fabric series includes 930dtexV1/V2/1V3; 1400dtexV1/V2; 1400d×3V1/V2; 1870dtexV1/V2; 2100dtexV1/V2 and others special specifications. In order to meet with market trend and backwards factories'requirements on nylon canvas and dipped cord fabric with special specifications, it researches and develops 3 kinds 5 models cord fabric , such as NN nylon cord fabric NN250, NN150, NN-100, NN-125 for conveyer belt in mine, coal mine; dipped serried cord fabric 1400dtex/2-43E, 1400dtex/2-50E for light tyres; dipped cord fabric for bicycle/motorcycle tyres. Its nylon industrial fabric, dipped cord fabric, grey cloth has been selected and appointed by Grandtour tyre company as domestic raw materials for tyre, dipped cord fabric.
