Complete Set of Worn Out Tyre Waste Tire Fine Rubber Powder Production Line

    The normal temperature fine rubber powder production line is a complete set of equipments with advanced world level technology developed by the factory for domestic and overseas markets. It can turn worn-out tyres and waste rubber into fine rubber powder of granularity 20 to 40 meshes continuously and automatically in airtight chamber under normal atmosphere temperature. The Fine rubber powder produced by this production line can be widely used for tyres, stadium rubber running track, waterproof roll, rubber tiles and high-level expressway building materials, etc.
    During production, all the devices in the production line are monitored at real time by computer, and the sequence to turn on or off the devices can also be set automatically, thus the whole production line runs reliably. The cooling water needed in production can be used circularly. A super fine powder collection system is fixed to collect the powder and realize no dust pollution on the whole production line. This production line has characteristics such as reasonable structure and channel layout, high automatization, low production cost, high quality, low noise, no pollution, and so on. It is an ideal equipment for the recycle of worn-out tyres.

Application of Whole Tyre Crusher ZPS:

Structural Characteristics of Whole Tyre Crusher ZPS:

  • The abrasion resistant parts are made of special abrasion resistant materials (National Patent Product), they are characterized by long service life, low noise and small size. The crusher chamber coordinates with the right and left support mechanisms perfectly, the crushing power are transmitted efficiently, which ensures the good stability of equipments. The special rotary sifting device can send the unqualified fragments back to the crusher chamber and discharge the qualified fragments out the chamber, so it protects the after treatment equipments effectively. Advanced water cooling device is applied to take away the heat produced in time during crushing.

Application of Rubber Fragments Rub and Cut Machine CQ:

  • Mainly be utilized to further crush rubber fragments of worn-out steel wire meridian tyre (no more than 50x50mm) which are discharged from complete tyre crusher and separate cord fabrics, steel wires and rubbers efficiently.

Structural Characteristics of Rubber Fragments Rub and Cut Machine CQ:

  • The abrasion resistant parts are made of special abrasion resistant materials (National Patent Product), their service lives are 3 to 5 times of those of similar products in China. They can be repaired and used for several times. Special-structure water cooling device (National Patent Product) is adopted to take away the heat produced during crushing. Overhauling device adopts hydraulic pressure drive. It is safe and reliable and easy to operate. The main shaft support bearing adopts thin oil lubrication, which ensures the good stability of equipments. The special rotary sifting device can send the unqualified fragments back to the crusher chamber and discharge the qualified fragments out the chamber, it protects the aftertreatment equipments effectively.

An emergency stop device is fixed to stop the machine in case of emergency, which ensures the safety of equipments. The spacing between roller containers can be adjusted through a hand wheel easily. 1. Waste tyres could be recycled from it including all steel wires radial tyres with diameters within 1200mm such as truck/bus/autocrat tyres.
2. Final rubber powders are around 65% 40 meshes rubber powders, 35% 80 meshes rubber powders, 25Kg package.
3. Cycle cooling water: 150m3/h capacity, round type reflux high temperature cooling tower.
4. Workshop area: 100m*25m*7m standard framework workshop adopting industrial steel and concrete composite structure, 12mm horizontal concrete.
5. Operators: 4 workers for pretreatment works plus 6 workers for whole line linkage operations total 10 workers needed per shift. The Seller's train The Buyer's workers free of charge in China factory.
6. Lead time: 90-100 days after 35% T/T down payment into the Seller's account.
7. Installation time: The Seller helps The Buyer to install and debug the production line within 40-50 days.
