• The width and the model of belt can set up on the touch screen, the model and the number of the cutting fabric and coiling speed can be shown on the touch screen.
• Using the photoelectric tracing and PLC technique to ensure the low-noise and high efficiency operation.
• Using high precision and stable servo system to ensure the precision of the cutting fabric for different width, and using frequency speed control to ensure the safety and stable cutting and coiling.

Application and Characteristic

DLA Vertical Automatic Rubber V Belts Vulcanizing Press Tank is used in the vulcanizing of the rubber V belt and special belt

• Locking, undoing, rotating, lid-opening/losing pneumatically, both manual and automatic control
• Pressure transmitter can show the pressure of the inner/external chamber, the thermometer shows the temperature for inner/external chamber. Using pressure controller and zero pressure controller to prevent the over-pressure and zero pressure.
• Using analog module to convert the analog signal from the pressure transmitter into digital signal, and automatic controlled by PLC.
• Combining the touch screen and PLC controller, the manual and automatic operation and the different art craft can be switched on the touch screen. The vulcanizing time/pressure/alarming pressure etc can be initialized freely. The touch screen can show the vulcanizing procedure and time by graph. The over pressure and low pressure can be alarmed by indicator and ring.
• Having the computer network interface, the monitor system can monitor no more than 30 sets of vulcanizing tank.
